I am booked on HAL Noordam 5/20 to Alaska. Have had a meet-n-greet up and no one in the G&L areas seems to be going (that's ok)
But I'm surprised to see NO posts for Alaska so far here....is it not a good destination for GLBT folk?? I know there is a gay group offered through one of the gay TA's on my ship the week after me so I thought I'd at least see some from that sailing on here but none so far. Thoughts??

I'm thinking of booking Alaska next Spring, so I haven't done much research at all. I would be very interested in learning about your experience when you return. Have a great trip!

Speaking for two Canadian sailors who are only now coming out of hibernation and who generally cruise somewhere south for some part of the winter, not wanting to spend valuable cruise time looking at snow capped mountains is a no brainer...
We are cruising with Celebrity from Seward to Vancouver on July 27th, 2007. We were hoping to host a FOD party, but not much activity on these boards so far. Maybe as the time gets nearer....
