Gay Couple Just Booked Carnival Pride 7/22

Hi. Brandon and I are excited to meet other friends -- gay and straight! -- in a few weeks. We just signed up for the cruise -- my first, Brandon's second. We're 30 and 39, from Boulder, Colorado, and we look forward to hearing from fellow travelers.

Any advice for first-time cruisers? Any tips regarding Carnival Pride? Excursions?
