The cruise line has been in active negotiations to sell surplus assets or the entire company to bring in the necessary capital to return to normal operation, but there has not yet been formal notice of any consummation.
The charters described below remain scheduled for the time being, but this may be subject to change as the evolving situation of the cruise line is continually assessed.
