I know that If I am a gay American and share a domestic partner with a Non-American , but what If I have married officially in one of the states which allow Gay Marriage Will That Get him a Green Card or is it still impossible?
Sadly at this point in US law, DOMA The Defense of Marriage Act is still applicable, which prohibits federal agencies from recognizing same sex marriages. So regardless of your marriage status in any US state that recognizes it or foreign country ... it will not help with US Immigration issues.
