Great deal on Holland America's world cruise..cabinmate needed
 

I am a 66 year old gay male in search of a gay male cabinmate for Holland America's world cruise departing January 5, 2013. I am a retired travel industry employee and got a great price on this cruise... approximately $11,500 per person double occupancy in an OUTSIDE cabin INCLUDING port charge and taxes. See the itinerary below.

It is really great. If you are interested please let me know. If you are not interested but know someone who IS please let me know. This is a very good rate...about 100 dollars per day and no international flying. If you are not available to do the whole cruise I would certainly welcome a cabinmate for any of the segments which range from 30 days to the whole 115 days.

Very nice itinerary, litterally once around the world. Wish they stopped in hawaii though at least a couple of days.

If you had asked for last year I'd have jumped at the chance. Spent the last year travelling and am now almost done(90 days at sea). About 6 weeks left on this leg and maybe another 2 weeks in January. Not out of the question to keep going but have to see how my budget looks.

World Cruise
 

If you change your mind, please let me know. I am still looking for a cabinmate. It is an unusual itinerary in that it goes to Sri Lanka (for example) but not India. I loved the itineary because it goes to Australia, New Zealand (I have n ot been there in 33 years) and South Africa (where I have never been).

I don't particularly like Hawaii. I have been there a few times and I feel like I have seen what there is to see.

I am on the Maasdam now doing the Mediterranean. I think it is fabulous. We were at Palma de Mallorca today. I would have loved to have spent more time here.

Never been on a cruise before but have been contemplating of taking one for a long time...and am really tempted to join you....have been to a few places...i.e. Cape Town (went to uni there) plus Walvis Bay including Mozambique, Sydney, Adelaide etc.

chandler here. white guy, non-smoker, don't snore or keep weird hours, and barely drink. well educated, decent look, demeanor and sense of humor. blah, blah, blah... lol overall, a fairly squared-away guy, with more time on his hands than money.

this looks like my kind of deal. i've never been on a hal--but have done a fair amount of recon on what's out there. hal and celebrity look like about the best fit for me. i was reading the message thread, and it sounds like [maybe] you're on the hal masdaam 21 or 42 day t/a cruise? i sincerely looked at that [42 day] cruise for this year, but ultimately got sidetracked with other stuff.

I love to cruise, Retired Am Air Employee and am 54 year old. Clean cut fun and experienced traveler from Texas. I am leaving in Feb on ta cruise to venice with 95 year old uncle. Not sure how much longer he can travel. My bucket list is going a world cruise and have been shopping. Cabin mate would be nice..Keep me in mind next time!

I am already on the 115 day world cruise and have my own cabin. Don't have a cabin number yet. Perhaps we could meet up in the Crow's Nest for a cocktail one evening. I am 74 (but look younger) and am retired. I currently live in Plymouth, Michigan and have taken several cruises on HAL.
