We in the state of Mississippi will miss the Delta Queen

It is SO sad that the Delta Queen must be retired simply due to bureaucratic red tape. The state of Mississippi sure will miss her. One her favorite ports of call is Natchez, especially in the lovely spring pilgrimage where historic homes are showcased. I saw her once docked at the Natchez under the hill looking all so graceful after the years.
I'm proud that my congressman was listed as one of her allies.
