We're taking a day trip out of Puntarenas, Costa Rica aboard a catamaran by Calypso Tours. I found it recommended in both Frommer's and Fodors' Guide Books. I'm just wondering about eating the fresh vegetable items they describe as part of the lunch they serve during the outing. Is Costa Rica safer than Mexico for their fresh fruits and vegetables?
