Default medication for seasickness

What is the best medication for seasickness out there?

The best one is whichever one works for you. I know this sounds like a dodge, but it is true. Much like most of pharmacotherapy, what works for one may not work for another. My advice is to try whatever therapy sounds least objectionable to you, and try it. If it works, fine...you're done! But, if it doesn't, move on to the next PREVENTATIVE therapy (most people believe that you use these to treat AFTER symptoms have started, but they are intended to prevent the arrival of symptoms.

I already know that Bonine (meclizine) works for me, but I have no qualms about changing to Dramamine.
