Default Vaccinations for West. Carib.

Would we need vaccinations for a Western Caribbean cruise with stops at Labadee, Hati - Ocho Rios, Jamacia - Cozumel, Mexico and Georgetown, Grand Cayman?

I asked my TA that question and I was told no, but I am only hitting Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
