Well I am doing the "3 day diet" Lose Before you Cruise diet. I found it on cruisecritic.com. Three days is all I can take as it is 1000 calories a day. It is the combination of foods that is supposed to make it work. Of course the water intake helps too. Just watch your exercise program during the 3 days. I think it helped jump start a diet regimine that was stuck. DH finally noticed that I had lost weight after 6 months!
