Default Norwalk Virus

The cruise I'm scheduled to go on in 5 weeks just returned from Hawaii with the Norwalk virus, the Sun Princess. The only reason I'm concerned is the fact that I have asthma. Does anyone know how serious this is and is it easy to catch? I've been on 27 cruises, but this is the first one I've thought about cancelling.
