Default Bonine chewables

I've only been able to find Bonine in the chewable form. Does anyone know if it's OK to swallow them whole or do they work better if chewed? I would prefer to just swallow them. The Dramamine chewable were rather nasty.

I have chewed the Bonine and swallowed them whole. They work either way. I find that Bonine works much better than Dramamine.

Are there any side effects from Bonine? Such as making you drowsy?

I take mine before bed so can't tell you if they make you drowsy or not. They don't leave me with a wired feeling.

I think most seasick pills do cause drowsiness. Also, you shouldn't indulge in alcohol and they make you have dry mouth.
I think the bands that you wear around your wrists work just great. Available at drug stores.

I tried the band and then threw up they don't work for me, I would try the Bonine before bed and take it every night just in case make sure you start the night before you cruise so it's in your system. My cousin said it made her tired so this would be a precaution. But Im sure it's better then regular Dramamine which made me feel stoned.

I just saw in Stop & Shop (a really large food chain here in the Northeast) a Bonine, but with a lesser drowsy formula or so it said on the box.

Someone else suggested Ginger Pills as they are all natural (think Ginger Ale) and then someone else said if your stomach feels queasy, eat a Green apple as the Pecin(sp?) is a natural stomach reliever.
