shots for Panama/Costa Rica

posted on carib part of board but does anyone know what is rec or required for these ports re malaria yellow fever etc.

I called my local health department. They reccomend Malaria meds and yellow fever shot as well as one for Typhoid feverand Hepatituse A. Check with your local health department, also the center for disease control. Make sure to pack bug spray with DEET. Im going to these ports so Im nervous about all this. Im going to try not to eat off the ship, so Im taking shorter shore excursions and packing health bars and snacks to bring with me. Good luck to you hope you have a wonderful time!
