Default Ginger Altoids

I picked up some ginger altoids at the store yesterday, I hear they work for sea-sickness. Is there a certian time, or any other info i need to know about these altoids?

they will only work if they actually contain ginger and not just a ginger flavor. You would have to take a LOT of those little candies to get the benefits of the ginger.
