Default Feet swelling

I found an accidental way of dealing with this. My feet and ankles always swell up so badly on cruises that I can barely walk the last couple of days. But, this time, I sprained my ankle in our first port. I had packed an Ace bandage and wrapped it as soon as I got back on board. The other leg had my usual swelling, but the wrapped one did not. So, next time, I am taking 2 Aces and just going to ignore how it looks!

Others might like to be careful. Swelling feet can be a sign of something rather serious. To cover it up could prove........ fatal.

This is way late to the discussion, but support hose or socks do this as well. And they don't look as funny. They cost a little more, but they're probably better for your circulation.

If your feet are only swelling on cruises, I'd say you're probably okay. If they always swell, better get that checked out by a doctor!
