We have booked our air separate and need to transfer from our London hotel to the Amsterdam at the Harwich dock. Does anyohne have any suggestion on how to get us there. There are three of us including a disabled person who has a scooter. Thank you.
Re: Transfer to Harwich from London to HAL Amsterd
Contact your travel agent. Even though you booked your own air, you can still purchase HAL's land transfer. There are trains, but considering the scooter, and your luggage, public transportation is probably not practical. An alternantive would be renting a car, along with all the aggravation that entails.

Thanks for your help. The travel agent is working on it.
Re: Transfer to Harwich from London to HAL Amsterd
Last summer we did the same air booking on our own to London and made arrangements with Worldwide Shore Services 1-800-356-3023. (Called a month or so before the cruise) We got vouchers (I think it was $90 each...maybe less) and travelled on the same buses as other HAL passengers. The bus left near Victoria Station and takes about 2+ hours to Harwich.
