Food and service on HAL

I have never sailed HAL before and wonder if I would be disappointed in the food and service compared to Celebrity's and Carnival's food?

can only compare to carnival and HAL is superior by far. Food is very good, service is top notch and can't be beat. Waiters learn your likes and dislikes very quickly and have things ready for you before you ask. You won't be disappointed.

I am a big fan of HAL and have never been disappointed by their food and service (except for that one Veal Oscar that I sent back ...)

You'll find HAL on a par with Celebrity. And won't be disappointed.

Just came back from a HAL cruise to Mexico on the Statendam and was not disappointed at all. They are way above Carnival and on par with Celebrity. You will enjoy the attention the staff gives you. We will definitely sail on HAL again and of course Celebrity.
