You will never get what some lawyer promised you. Courts are no fun. You will never win in court. Maybe the lawyers will get YOUR money. Think about it. How can Holland America be responsibe for germs you passengers give each other. I bet some body gave some body else aids. Is it the fault of HAL ? The cruise ships will stand tough and your " money for nonthing "sceme will take years.
Hope I didn't offend any attorneys. I think highly of about 99% of all attorneys.
In my opinion, people are just too sue-happy. Who would they sue if they caught this in their own home or at work? Their spouse? Their Employer? I feel that suing the cruise line for CATCHING the virus is frivolous. If there are other reasons they are suing the cruise line ..... such as a problem with the cleanliness of the ship, then the lawsuit is a loss from the start and the only people gaining from it are the attorneys.
