21 day cruise without a doubt. Would even pay more to do that than 3 7 day cruises. Once you experience extended cruising you will rarely do a 7 day again!
It would depend on the ship though, let me say that.
The 15 day Panama Canal repositioning cruise (Ft Lauderdale home to San Francisco) was our most relaxing vacation ever. After that experience 7 day cruises just aren't long enough for us.
Next cruise 14 days August 23 San Francisco to Alaska & return on the Prinsendam. Anyone else sailign with us?
21 day. You would likely pay more for 3 7-days.
Last cruise we took was 7 days after a 14-day cruise previously. No comparison, the longer the better for us.
Gary-
If you read each post IN DETAIL you would have realized this:
Cruiser is traveling Aug 23
Native is traveling June 14
Native was kind enough to send cruiser a personal email saying if they had any questions about the ship and the itinenary to email native after their return on June 28
Gary- attention to detail is very important in some careers it could get you fired or killed!!!
Definitely the 21 days. After many 7 day cruises we took a couple of 10 day, then bumped that up to 14 day, now we often do back to back 7 day cruises. We are considering a repositioning 18 day cruise next Spring....jean
