Renting a tux

I'm down to the last plan for our cruise on the Veendam on 8/3. My question:

Has anyone rented a tux from Cruise Line Formalwear? What is the condition of the tux as far as looking crisp and new. I wonder if I am expecting the impossible from a rented tux.

I really appreciate anyone answering my concerns. Thanks
