Is it only the Aussies who do lei making???

Wondering if anyone who has cruised with Holland America can tell me that exact activities hosted onboard? Is there karaoke, lei making, bingo, games room, etc? Would appreciate your help, as i gather that the international cruises do not have as much variety as on P&O Australia "Pacific Sky", on which i've cruised twice. Am applying for cruise staff, would like to be forewarned!
