Has anyone done the 21 day cruise on the Amsterdam?

We are considering it right now. Is 21 days too long on a cruise? I've only done 7 days and we wanted a veranda but they only have outside cabins available. I've never sailed Holland America..how do their cabins compare to Princess..where we had a balcony cabin on our last cruise?
