Rotterdam 01/o3.04

My wife and I haved book passage on this ship. We have been to Aruba but not to Curacao and have read that a walking tour by ourself around town would be as enjoyable as some of the offered shore tours. Any truth in this? Also would like to hear from anyone that will be on this cruise.

Thanks for your reply am glad to hear that there is at least someone else on the cruise other than my wife and I . Really I have posted on several boards but have only had 3 replies so far. As to the yatch club in pana,a canal at this time it can not be booked on line but I was told it might be offered later.

Have been to Curacao several times. Last time there, I went on the trolley tour which was great. Just walking around town is also fun. Don't forget to visit the floating market. Very interesting.

We've been to Curacao several times as well. It's quite safe to walk around the shopping area, which isn't too far from the pier, across the Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge.
