Default Pasta course on HAL?

Wondering if HAL offers a pasta course in the dining room at dinner?

Thanks!

There's always a pasta entree, but not a pasta 'course'. That would be nice, though. I wonder if Crystal and/or Radisson do.

On our first cruise in 1997, Carnival offered a pasta course. Several cruises, later on both Carnival and Celebrity, we never had one again.

On Carnival we just ask for the pasta of the day as a pasta course and they bring just the right amount to get a good taste. The HAL cruise that we just came back from didn't really offer a pasta every night.

Sorry if I gave incorrect information about a nightly pasta dish. I thought I had remembered that as being correct, at least on the ship we were on, but I could be wrong. It also could depend on the particular chef- I'm sure they must have some leeway on their selections.

On the Prinsendam this last August there was always a pasta selection listed with the appetizers.

I am so glad someone remembers Sitmar. Still my favorite cruise line. I have never been able to myself to go on Princess once purchased Sitmar. Sounds pretty silly.
The paste was great as well as the pizza. Maybe its the memories that make it so special, I dont know. The Fairwind was my favorite ship.
I have cruised many times since then, but would give anything to go back and do a Sitmar cruise.
Hope your memories are as fond as mind.

The only current cruise line I know of with a pasta course, or secundo piatta..is Costa. Their pastas are the best thing on their menus!!...jean
