I'm a 40 year old professional SWM taking my 74 year old mother on a cruise. This is my first time cruising and spending an extended period of time with her *L*. I've heard HAL caters to an older crowd so am wondering if there are any others in the 30-45 age range, or who are interested in taking one or two diving excursions. I'm a trained Dive Master so experience isn't an issue.
I'll be on that cruise with my 10 year old daughter. I am 46. There is a roll call on cruise critic message board, started by a fellow who is also a diver - I am sure that he'll be reading this board. I'd like to dive, but my daughter is a bit too young, I'm afraid. We plan on meeting just after the lifeboat drill - perhaps you can join us.
Saw your post...I see PJ...(Joe) already sent you a note. We are meeting on the Zuiderdam after the lifeboat drill on Saturday the 13th and the Sea View Bar..Deck 9 by the Aft pool. Please join us for a drink.
Missed by just a couple of weeks. We leave on the 27th. But if you haven't done the Rhone dive off of Salt Island near Tortola it is one of the best. Two dives over two different sections of the old wreck, one at about 80 feet the other at about 35 feet.
