Default Rotterdam

My husband and I are booked on Brilliance of the Sea, February 4th. Sailing to Panama.
I was on the Carribean Princes one week ago and had a great time. This ship had over 3,000 passengers. The Brilliance has about 2500. I am having second thoughts about being on such a large ship again. I am thinking about switching to the Rotterdam, same date, similiar itinerary. What I am concerned about is the age of the passengers on the Rotterdam and the nite life. My husband and I like to go to the disco and I am afraid that if the passengers are mostly in their 70's and above, the disco will be very quiet. I also read that the quality of the food has gone down on Hal. I was on the old Westerdam 8 years ago and the passengers were all older and the ship was pretty quiet at night after the last show. Any advice would help.
