Default Noordam

Hi all. Just got off a cruise on the Infinity and I will never wander from Holland America again. If interested in why, go to the Celebrity board and look for "First and LAST on Celebrity". Now that that is done, is there anyone joining me on the Inaugural cruise for the Noordam? I can't wait. While on the Veendam in November, I met several of the crew that will be on the Noordam. The cruise director and a bartender from the Piano lounge and even my cabin steward. Cool huh? I heard a rumor that Jazzy Jeff will be on that cruise too. Let's go!

Hi - I'm new to the sight but not a new cruiser. We usually cruise Royal Caribbean or Princess, but we were going to try the Noordam on March 26. Can you tell me a little about Holland America ships? How is food, entertainment, service, etc.

Thank you!

Default Holland America Noordam, Carnivals Newest Fleet member

RCCL is a few steps ahead of any Carnival ship in food quality.. as was Princess (P&O) line before Carnival bought them. Holland America does have nicer china flatware and linens .... service is great aboard and we hope the staff is better trained than on there main Carnival line ships too still...

We do hope as well it is better on this newest vessel afloat.

We are sailing on the Noordam March, 25th, 2006 as well.
