Best Beaches on Grand Turk?

Hi all,
I understand that Grand Turk hasn't been a very popular cruising destination, but I was wondering if anybody could tell us which beaches are the best. We don't snorkel or scuba, just like to lie on the sand and swim a little. The less crowded the better.

Just got off the inaugural for the Noordam and our first stop was Grand Turk. There is a fantastic, gorgeous beach right off the pier. It has all you could possibly want. They have a set up like Costa Maya, Mexico. It is still in the construction stage. Only thing open so far is Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. But don't bother wandering too far. The beach off the pier is just beautiful. Enjoy!

That is because there wasn't a dock there large enough for a cruise ship to tie up to until just recently. Too bad you don't scuba dive as the Turks and Caicos islands are known for their wonderful diving.
