The brochere says approximately 30 days, does that mean thats when I should be receiving them or when they send them out? I booked directly with HAL, so they won't need to be sent to a TA first.
I'd also like to know how people have been receiving their docs from HAL. UPS? Post office? Did you have to sign for them? I've got instructions to my postman to leave any oversize packages inside the screen door.
Also, what online forms does HAL need me to fill out?
Once yiu have your booking number you can fill out the immigration form. After completing form and printing you will now have your express boarding pass and will be directed to a special line and this will definitely speed up your boarding time at the check in counter as they will have this same info in their computer. There is no hurry on this and only needs to be completed some two days before sailing. We always fill out right away as this is part of the pre cruise excitement.Have a great cruise on Holland and enjoy as much as we have on all of our cruises with this fine line.
Our docs came 2 days ago for a May 20 cruise.
The package looks like special mail delivery, my husband said the mailman delivered it but left it on our step instead of inside the porch, fortunately he was home and grabbed it! It was not really oversize just in a special plastic bag/envelope 7 x 12 packet?!
I already did the online immigration form so we have our express boarding passes. It was easy to do.
