If your docs were delivered to you saying TBA = To be announced, call your TA or wait till 1 week before then call, they should be able to find out for you. We have been surprised on 2 occasions and were always happy with our cabin...heck, I think we were just happy to be on a cruise ship.. Have a great time!!

I don't know what "CABIN o BC", means, but it could be that your cabin won't be assigned to you until you arrive at the pier. The stevadores who take your luggage will have a list of names and cabin #'s, so check with them when you arrive. Also call your TA and they may be able to check for you.
I HATE guarantee rooms. We booked a back-to-back cruise (23 days) on the Rotterdam and were guaranteed an FF room (or better). We were assigned FF1818 -- probably the WORST room on the Rotterdam.
It was right by the housekeeping office, so the room stewards were always "hanging" outside our room. The dry cleaning racks were stored outside our room door all day until they were all delivered to the proper stateroom. The location was "on the way" to the doctor's office, so there was always 'traffic'. Had enough yet?? The worst was yet to come.....
The room was DIRECTLY over the "tender door". Almost every morning the clanking of the door opening, the chain clanking to drop the stairs. It would rattle you out of bed at zero dark thirty in the morning!!!
We complained loudly and for the second leg we were reassigned to another room further toward the middle of the ship.
