Aft pool on Volendam...

Hi,
Does anybody know if the Volendam's aft pool (Lido Deck) is salt water??

We sailed the Maasdam last fall and fell in love with the heated, salt water pool.

I really can't remember if the aft pool was salt or fresh. Sorry!

The aft pool is not heated on any of the ships - if you felt it was heated it was because it was being heated from the sun. As we like to swim in cold water we often found that the pool was too hot for us and not refreshing.

Last week the pool was filled with unheated, salt water

It is salt water (at least it was in January 2006) when we were aboard.

Hi,
Unless they changed, the aft pool is frest water.

The aft pool is salt water and not heated.

In Sept./Oct 06 both pools where unheated salt water
