We are cruising to Western Mexico in March with stops in Mazatlan, Cabo and and Pt. Vallarta. Any thoughts about doing a HAL shore tour vs. doing our own thing. Any specific tour would be greatly appreciated. We have done several other cruises with HAl and know there are many choises to make.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We've done the ruins in Mexico, but if there's a great tour, we woudl be interested. many thanks for your imput!
Hopefully all the Spring Breakers have not left Western Mexico in ruins. The train trip through Copper Canyon is sometimes available from the Western side - that is a good one. The Sea of Cortez also has whales in season.

I like Divemasters ideas, but if you do want to cruise and are prepared for the influx of kids go and have a great time. We always book our tours privately. Check out the ports a call on this board and the "other" one.
