I've tried to find the accessible cabins on HAL ships, but there doesn't seem to be a site to find them all ! I'd suggest that you call HAL (or your TA) and ask about the accessible cabins on all their ships, if you have your mind set on HAL.

The aft corner suites on the Vista ships are to die for. Great balcony! I know for a fact the 2 corner suites on deck 6 are accessible cabins.
If you can swing the cost of one of these cabins, I highly recommend it.

HAL has a staff member who handles accessibility questions.
She can e-mail you pictures of any HC accesible cabin on any of the ships, I believe.
I know on the Vista ships, the aft HC cabins have a bathroom that I consider problematic in its layout. The roll-in shower encompasses the toilet area, and things get pretty wet there.
