We just got off the Oosterdam and discovered the Pinnacle Grill is open for breakfast for suite passengers every day during the same times as the dining room and NO CHARGE! It is not widely posted, but the food was absolutely wonderful - each plate MADE TO ORDER. Omelets, eggs benedict. wow!!
Now if I can just manage that UPGRADE from SS to SC I can get off my balcony for breakfast!

The first breakfast I asked if they had strawberries. From that day on I had them for each breakfast. They new the first cup of coffee was regular and the rest decaff. They were friendly and gave us a lot of information avout the ship. We liked breakfast there/ The last day we ate at the lido boy what a zoo. I would not have been able to relax if I had eaten breakfast there.
There is normally a letter from the Concierge in the "S" cabins when you board that detail what the Neptune Lounge hours are etc. In that letter, they usually advise Pinnacle is available for breakfast every morning for "S" and "PS" guests. It is very nice. Most of the time we prefer room service breakfast but when we have gone to Pinnacle, we have very much enjoyed it.
On Embarkation Day there are so many notes and notices, it is easy to miss all the information. I can understand why some folks would not have known they could go to Pinnacle.
