Tropical Cable Car

Kryos: Did you ever get the recipe for a Tropical Cable Car. I did an internet search and found that Holland America got the idea from a bay area drink called "Cable Car" this is that recipe from the absolut website:

CABLE CAR Drink Recipe
4 parts Cruzan Spiced Rum
2 parts Triple Sec
1 part Lemon Juice
1 splash Simple Syrup
1 splash Egg White

Shake with ice and strain to a chilled cocktail glass.

My best guess to make it tropical is to sub lemon juice for pineapple juice. I will need to test this a couple times.

I totally forgot to ask for the recipe, but what you listed there sounds about right. No, no lemon juice. It is definitely pineapple juice, along with a pineapple leaf added to the mix for good measure.
