Default Currency conversion

Are all of the countries in the European cruise using Euro's?
Should I exchange dollards to Euro's are the currancy in the countries we are visiting. The countries are England, France, Spain Portgual, Italy, Turkey and Greece.

It seems like a lot of money exchange.HELP please

England is still using the
Pound sterling. The other countries you have mention are using the euro.

Another question. Where to I convert the currancy? Since I can only estimate what I will spend, do I go to a bank in the U.S. If my understanding is correct you can not convert on the ship. Sailing 8/22/2007

For a European cruise, I find it strange that the ship would not have euros on board for conversion. If they don't I highly recommend an ATM card. Even if they do I recommend having an ATM card with you on the trip.

Use it at "Bank ATM's" and pull out the amount you will need while on shore in an amount you are comfortable with. It's the best way to do it. ATM machines are plentiful, safe and work with U.S. bank cards. You must have four digit pin number.
