Default Ryndam Buffet

We are going to cruise the Ryndam again.
The last time was a cruise to Alaska. This one will be to the Mexican Riviera.
One of my fondest memories of the Alaska cruise was the buffet's selection of salmon. You name it...filleted...smoked....jerky...cajun style...just awesome.
Was that selection available only because of the Alaskan venue?
Can anyone tell me what is to be expected from the buffet on a Mexican cruise (please tell me there will be Salmon).

Hi rinker250: By buffet I assume you mean the Lido restaurant. They don't offer much salmon there except smoked for breakfast and some time in the evening for dinner one type of salmon.

In the main dining room there will be a few more offerings of salmon but not much. I believe they only do that in Alaska.

We are going on the 10-21 cruise when are you going?

Darn it!
I loved the salmon offerings...oh well.
I'll bet they have Mexican tid bits that I'll enjoy.

We are doing the Christmas cruise....12/23-12/30/07.

10/21? You are down to counting days...admit it

Packing yet?

Went on the Oct.11th sailing to the Mexican Riveria. Not much Salmon on the buffet. They had excellent fish at the dinner at night, various kinds.

If you are interested in some of the things we did in Mexico, let me know. We did some awesome stuff.
