Default Medical Restrictions?

We are looking at a tour in St. Thomas called the "Sea Trekking Helmet Dive" There is a notice that "Medical restrictions apply. Waiver release form must be signed." Does anyone know what the medical restrictions are related to? Agility? Mobility? Repiratory? Heart?
Thanks for any information you can provide.

Don't know what the restrictions are, but they may be all that you have mentioned.

A friend of mine was turned down because he has high blood pressure. He was taking medication, but it was still a no go.

For good reason. It is not simply a 'cover their liability', it is keep you safe.
