Steam room and Sauna on Westerdam

I have sailed on the Conquest and one of my favorite things was going to the spa and do a steam and sauna. The pool was also wonderful, had a waterfall going into it with whirlpool on side. This was all free. I have read that I will have to pay 40.00 a day for the spa useage on the Westy. I do not want the spa treatments just the steam, sauna and whirlpool. Any other spa lovers out there have an answer?
