Zuiderdam repositing cruise Venice to FLL

This will be my first time on a HAL ship, the price was sooo good I could not pass it up. I have read some not so great reviews on this ship, does any one have anything good to say about it? Also what is the dress like? I cruised on a Costa transatlantic this last spring and was surprised how many men wore tuxes. That ship had mostly Europeans and I think they dress up more. Not sure what the break down will be on this one.
