Can anyone help? I was on the Noordam 10-day cruise in March 2008. I received an email saying my fuel surcharge would be refunded.
I have not received anything as of today. I called my TA and she said I would have received directly to my credit card (nothing), I also replied to the email I received from HAL, stating I had not received my refund (no reply).
Has anyone who sailed around that date received their refund? Am I being too impatient?
