Does the DEck Location on the Ryndam Matter

We will be cruising for the very first time. We will be sailing on the Ryndam from Vancouver to Tampa for 28 days. We are in an EE outside cabin which is on the A deck. Does it matter which deck we are located on or should we try to upgrade to a higher deck.

A deck is the lowest deck on the ship.

Personally I'd rather be on main deck or Lower Promenade mid-ship for 28 days.

You may want to look into upgrading to one of these decks.

I agree with Dee Dee. For a cruise that long (I'm assuming it's a Panama Canal transit), I would prefer the Lower Promenade where you have easy access to the outside.

We prefer A deck to any of the other decks offering oceanview cabins. Quiet. Very little motion. Cabins overhead instead of the possibility of a galley or other noise generating area.

If you have mobility issues you may want to be higher in order to be closer to exterior areas.

We always book a cabin with cabins above and below us. It's quiet.
