Default HAL culinary upgrade

I just read Paul's article about Holland upgrading its culinary program By adding a Le Cirque touch to the Pinnacle grills. I think this is a great idea.

Frankly though on our last Holland America cruise, aboard the Eurodam last spring, we found that the food was considerably better than on the last go around before that two years earlier. the food is improving and hopefully will once again be worthy of Holland America!

They have not started this yet but are still working on getting out all of the kinks. I called them last week as we are sailing on Westerdam on Friday and wanted more info. So, to be continued...

Look on my thread about answering questions. Details on LeCirque, including menu, prices, etc. there. Enjoy!
