Default Vancouver-Priceline

Has anyone used Priceline for a Vancouver hotel? We need a room for July 14 and 15th and want to be near the port in the downtown area. Any ideas on star level and beginning offer? Thanks

I bid on priceline and for $45 received the Hyatt Regency Downtown Vancouver on July 19. I also checked out betterbidding and found it very helpful. Good Luck!!!

Last Sept., I used Priceline & got the Hyatt Regency for $60. I tried $50 & they said I wasn't high enough. Try $45 & see what happens. We thought it was very nice, & close to the port. We felt very safe walking around the area. Also took a 5 hr tour of Vancouver, which was great, if you have the time.

I just got the 4* Delta Pinnacle for $45 on my first bid for 7/17-7/21. This hotel is actually changing its name to the Marriott Pinnacle effective 7/1/03. It looks very nice from the website.

Last night we were able to get the Delta Pinnacle, a 4 star, on a Sunday night in July for $48 plus about $10 in taxes on priceline. It is downtown about 4 blocks from Canada Place.
