If you bid Priceline in Miami downtown zone, 3 star, at the moment it seems you'll get the Hyatt, Radisson, or Marriott.
No way of knowing for sure. All three are in close proximity to the port,, and located fairly close to each other.
I used Priceline today for the first time. Bid $35.00 for Downtown Miami pre-cruise and got the Hyatt. We are cruising in April. I am happy. Checked on their website and the rooms for that time frame are $215.00!

Recently there have been some reports from those booking through Hotwire and Priceline about good space opening up.
People have said they were able to get $82 for the Renaissance (Priceline 4*) and $70 for the Sheraton Yankee Clipper (Hotwire 3.5*).
Also, don't forget to sign up for the hotels frequent guest programs. Show your card at check-in and you may just be pleasantly surprised! While there may be notices everywhere that says hotel programs are not applicable to PL/HW bookings, I recently stayed at the Sheraton in d/t Miami and was upgraded to a corner balcony on the Starwood floor, just by showing my card at check-in. It never hurts
