I'm checking Priceline for a 1 night stay in Miami closr to the port and Bayside for the CM dinner. Best deal so far is Days Inn, with free shuttle to/from airport, cruise port and Bayside at $89. but it is only a 2 star.
For one night do you think it's worth it?
Donna, I responded to your other post re: this hotel on the Chit-Chat Board. Check out under Destinations..."Embarkation/Debarkation Ports", a post titled "Miami Hotel with a Roach Problem", she is talking about the Days Inn Civic Center.
I had booked this room too for our upcoming June cruise. I later checked it out at Tripadvisor (something I usually do beforehand) and was appalled at what recent posters had said about this hotel. Needless to say I cancelled that reservation and am staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. I might have to pay for a taxi to the cruise terminal, but at least I will be alive to do so!!!
