Need hotel couple hours north of miami port

We will be driving and will probably stop about 2hrs north of the port off of I-95. Anyone have a hotel suggestion?

at first I thought you just wanted a place to stay just north of the port; but 2 hours north is about ?? Melbourne/Cocoa Beach area? if you are stopping Daytona Beach there is an expensive hotel that is very clean called Emerald Shores, which is in South Daytona Beach. I haven't found a hotel in Cocoa Beach that is reasonably priced and not musty

Yea, Im guessing anything is gonna be expensive in that area. We want to stay somewhere south of coco but north of miami. Thanks msblackjack. I'm looking.

I have been having good luck with the Hilton Garden Inns through Fla; we travel in state for work and don't want to pay top$ for a "Hilton" but the Garden Inns are clean and nice and still chain owned and operated unlike some Days Inn, etc...

oops there is a Hilton Garden INn in Port St Lucie its smoke free and runs about $150 about this time of year.

We stayed at Country Inn & suites off I-95 & Vero beach right near the mall there. Good location and still plenty of time to get to Miami port.

hey lulu, how much did you pay for that place?

It was $130 with taxes... this was early January
there is a Hampton inn next door and you can walk to outlet mall.

There was another hotel down the road but cannot remember what it was.
