The Turrethouse is a wonderfu charming and small B&B in Long Beach. You will have to contact them about the parking issue. They may be able to help. If they will let you park there, I'm sure you will be happy with this property.
Check the Splendor thread on the Carnival board. Katlady listed some hotels with park and cruise packages just a couple of days ago.
