Park and Cruise hotels in Baltimore
We have a while before our cruise, but it's never too early to plan! We are going with a large group, and will be driving. I haven't had any luck finding a hotel where we can stay the night before, leave our cars and then use the hotel shuttle to the port. We have some newbies going with us who wanted to save money by driving up the morning we leave, but then found out from another friend that their parking alone was $150 for a recent cruise from Baltimore. Now I've got them interested, so wanted to get some info.
We are leaving on a cruise out of Baltimore in December. We have booked a room for the night before at the Hampton Inn Baltimore/Washington Airpot Hotel. They have a cruise package. You can stay overnight and then be shuttled to the ship the next day. I think this is a great deal because you get an overnight stay and a place to park your car for just about the price you would pay to just park your car at the pier. Have a fun vacation!
We are sailing out of Baltimore on Nov.30 and we're booked into the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore at the Stadiums. Very close to the port. We have room, parking, shuttle and brekky for less than parking at the cruise terminal which I believe is $20 per day.
try the fairfield inn white marsh...
i would not stay in the HI Express by the stadiums as it isn't near anythign and the area isn't the best
The Country Inn BWI has a park n cruise package, as do the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn.
Alternately you could do a park n fly then get a car service....
If you have a large group, call some hotels direct and see if they can arrange something for you...
anything in the inner harbor will be expensive as parking is at a premium and not cheap.
