Hotel/Park in San Diego

Are there any hotels in San Diego that allow you to leave your car in secure parking area while you cruise? With shuttle to cruiseport, of course. One night stay, not looking for anything too expensive. Thanx!

We stayed at the Best Western on Ash Street, parking and breakfast included. We had a 9th floor balcony room and watched our ship come into port early in the morning. They had us park our car in the higher area and also let our friends who drove up cruise morning, park there for $10/day. They did have a free airport/cruise port shuttle but some walked back when we returned because they were so busy and the hotel is close.
